Your personal information

I use a secure, multi-factor password protected Google Account to store your personal data. When you make an enquiry or book a training session with me, you will be asked for your contact information, including your name, job title, school name, email address, and telephone number.

Your contact information is stored securely in my Google Account and can only be accessed by me.

This personal information will be held for the duration of our working relationship and for up to seven years thereafter, in line with standard professional and legal requirements.

I will not share your contact details with any third party organisations for marketing purposes, and will not pass your data to others without your consent.

Bookings and sessions

All bookings are made securely via email or through the enquiry form on this website. These will be stored securely in my Google Account, accessible only to me. A log of session dates and school details will be kept for administrative and invoicing purposes, retained for up to seven years in line with HMRC requirements.

Your payment details

All payments are made via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared with you securely following confirmation of a booking. My website does not hold your payment information. Payment records, including school name, date, and amount, are retained for five years after the end of the financial year, as required by HMRC.

Your enquiry and communications

All email accounts use the secure Google suite server and are multi-factor password protected. If you send an email to [email protected], only I will have access to it. All devices used to respond to your emails are encrypted, protected with anti-virus software, and password protected.

I will only use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, administer your booking, and communicate information relevant to the training and consultancy services you have requested or expressed interest in. I will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
