What I do
I offer a range of ways to support your wellbeing:
1:1 somatic counselling, practical sessions for mums, group workshops, and a free eBook full of tools you can use in your everyday life.

One-to-one sessions are a confidential, compassionate space to slow down and notice what is true for you right now. Together, we gently explore what feels stuck, overwhelming, or hard to name, tuning into what your body is holding and what it needs to feel safer and steadier.

I bring a wide range of training in trauma-informed somatic approaches. Not all of these are used in every session. The way we work is always guided by what feels safe and useful for you. As we get to know one another, you’ll better learn how to trust your soma and notice what it responds to most naturally and whilst we do talk, this work is not about trying to “think your way out” of what’s happening. Instead, we explore the topics that matter to you what arises surrounding these topics, at your pace, with your body as the guide.

If full counselling sessions aren’t what you’re looking for right now, I also hold shorter, practical sessions focused on topics such as cycle tracking, exploring co-regulation with your children or finding balance in your life. These sessions are supportive, coach-style, and designed to fit around your day-to-day life.

Motherhood can be overwhelming, exhausting, and sometimes feel like you’re carrying it all alone. This 36-page eBook is a gentle guide to understanding your nervous system and why these experiences happen, helping you see that you are not broken, your body has simply been doing its best to protect you.

Inside, you’ll find a short section on co-regulation (why your own regulation matters for your child’s nervous system) and a wealth of simple, practical exercises you can do even while the kids are around. These tools are designed to help you feel steadier, more connected, and supported in the everyday rhythms of life.
